Hi,
Ich fahre ins Ausland und würde mein Zimmer für ca 7 wochen untervermieten.
Zeiraum 27.1.-19.3.
Dafür würde ich 900€+350€ Kaution verlassen da meine Möbel,Fernseher mit Ps5 etc. natürlich drin bleiben :)
Wenn ihr nur einen teil vom Zeitraum braucht klnnt ihr euch aich melden wir werden uns bestimmt einig 👍🏽

Die Wohnung ist in der Johann-Clanze-Str., Edeka Rewe Rossmann, Kiosk alles in ca 5-6min Fußweg erreichbar, in der Innenstadt seid ihr in ca 15-20Minuten.

Nächste Ubahn ist Partnachplatz (ca 7min Fußweg) oder 132 Bus direkt vor der Haustür.

Du Wohnst mit Gent und Kevin zusammen, beide arbeiten Büro Jobs Mo-Fr, auch mal im Homeoffice. Kevin spielt Fußball im Verein und Gent macht selber Musik. Es wird gern was zusammen unternommen, ist aber auch kein muss.
