Hi! Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer netten und unkomplizierten zweiten Person, die sich über ein Zimmer in meiner neu gemieteten schönen Wohnung freut und für die eine befristete Miete von April bis Ende Mai / Juni passend ist.
Für dich wäre das größere Zimmer und eines der Bäder hättest du für dich alleine. Gemeinsam können wir das schöne helle Wohn-Esszimmer nutzen und den riesigen Balkon zum Hinterhof hinaus (beides nach Süden ausgerichtet).
Ich ziehe auch erst ab Ende März in diese Wohnung ein - für die Einrichtung ist jedoch gesorgt, da hab ich schon fast alles! Wenn du Möbel (Bett+Tisch+Stuhl+Kommode) für dein Zimmer benötigst, können wir das gerne absprechen, da kann ich gerne auch etwas für dich auftreiben.

Hi, I am looking for a nice and uncomplicated second person who would be happy to have a room in my newly rented beautiful apartment and for whom a temporary rental from April to the end of May / June would be suitable.
You would have the larger room and one of the bathrooms to yourself. Together we can use the beautiful bright living/dining room and the huge balcony facing the backyard (both facing south).
I won't be moving into this apartment until the end of March - but the furnishings are taken care of, I already have almost everything! If you need furniture (bed+table+chair+chest of drawers) for your room, we can discuss it and I can find something for you.

Die Lage ist richtig gut, finde ich. In fünf Minuten ist man mit dem Radl an der Isar, direkt gegenüber von der Straße liegt ein großer Park und die Nachbarschaft an sich scheint relativ ruhig zu sein. Zudem gibt es ganz nah die S-Bahn-Station Mittelsendling, eine Bushaltestelle und genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

The location is really good. You can cycle to the Isar in five minutes, there's a large park directly opposite the street and the neighborhood itself seems relatively quiet. There's also the Mittelsendling S-Bahn station nearby, a bus stop and plenty of shops.

Mit mir würdest zu zusammenwohnen, ich bin 29 Jahre alt und wohne seit drei Jahren in München und genieße es hier sehr. Ich ziehe nun von einer größeren WG in Laim aus, um näher an der Isar zu sein und endlich eine große Couch für den Feierabend zu haben. Ideal fände ich ein zugewandtes und zwangloses Zusammenleben, dass man offen und ehrlich ist und auch auf Sauberkeit Wert legt.

I am 29 years old and have been living in Munich for three years and really enjoy it here. I'm now moving out of a larger shared flat in Laim to be closer to the Isar and finally have a big couch to relax on after work. Ideally, I would like to live together in a friendly and informal atmosphere, be open and honest and also value cleanliness.
