we – Johanna, Yannik and Brian – are looking for a nice, humorous and uncomplicated roommate*in for our attic WG, which is NOT a purpose WG.
Small disclaimer: the apartment does not always look as clean and lifeless as on the photos, no worries :)

Shortly to us: we are between 24 and 33, working and studying, going to celebrate, but also sit together for a long time in our living room, cook full pleasure, invite friends and love good alcohol and good music.

Your room is small but fine and not furnished. Only the desk and the bed remain inside, . You can design the rest of the decor according to your taste.

The apartment consists of 4 rooms – 3 bedrooms, a very well-equipped kitchen and a spacious living room, where we spend a lot of time making it perfect for relaxing yoga as well as for drinking together (as you can see on the last two pictures).

A kitchen and a small hall are also included. The bathroom (with washing machine) is also very spacious - worth mentioning the black and white carded tile floor and our pink toilet glasses ;-)!

Located directly at the Implerstrasse subway stop (U3/U6), there are 15 seconds walk from the front door to the railway, with the bike only 10 min to the Marienplatz, 10 min to the Isar, 5 min to the south bath and 2-3 minutes walk to Penny, Rewe, Edeka, Aldi, a (always half-legal) Latei and a 24/7 gas station! And the Theresienwiese, the Old Utting and the Railway Board Thiel are also right around the corner!!!

wir – Johanna, Yannik und Brian - sind auf der Suche nach einem/r netten, humorvollen und unkomplizierten Mitbewohner*in für unsere Dachgeschoss-WG, die KEINE Zweck WG ist.
Kleiner Disclaimer: die Wohnung sieht nicht immer so clean und leblos aus wie auf den Fotos, keine Sorge :)

Kurz zu uns: wir sind zwischen 24 und 33, arbeiten und studieren, gehen feiern, sitzen aber auch mal lange in unserem Wohnzimmer zusammen, kochen voll gern, laden Freunde ein und lieben guten Alkohol und gute Musik.

Dein Zimmer ist klein aber fein und nicht möbiliert. Nur der Schreibtisch und das Bett bleiben drin, . Die restliche Einrichtung darfst du nach deinem Geschmack gestalten.

Die Wohnung besteht aus weiteren 4 Zimmern – 3 Schlafzimmer, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und ein geräumiges Wohnzimmer, in dem wir viel Zeit verbringen und das sich sowohl zum entspannten Yoga machen als auch zum trinkfreudigen Zusammensitzen perfekt eignet (wie man auf den letzten zwei bildern sieht).

Eine Küche und ein kleiner Flur gehören natürlich auch dazu. Das Bad (mit Waschmaschine) ist ebenfalls sehr geräumig - erwähnenswert der schwarz-weiß karierte Fliesenboden und unsere rosa Klobrille ;-)!

Direkt an der U-Bahnhaltestelle Implerstrasse (U3/U6) gelegen, sind es 15sec Fußmarsch von Haustür zur Bahn, mit dem Rad nur 10 min zum Marienplatz, 10 min an die Isar, 5 min zum Südbad und 2-3 Gehminuten zu Penny, Rewe, Edeka, Aldi, einem (wohl irgendwie halblegalen) Späti und einer 24/7 Tankstelle! Und die Theresienwiese, die Alte Utting und das Bahnwärther Thiel sind auch direkt um die Ecke!!!
