I am subletting my beautiful room which has a mezzanine floor with a bed so there is plenty of space on the bottom floor for leisure. The room comes fully furnished with bed, chairs, desk and wardrobes for storage.
Located 6 minutes walk from either Thalkirchen or Obersendling station so perfect for commuters. Also just a 5 minute bike ride to the Isa river. 5 minutes by bike to Lidl.
This is a working flat so everyone is respectful of each others space and privacy but also very friendly. You share a beautiful kitchen, 2 bathrooms and balcony with a family who has a small child (10 year old) and 4 cats (including 2 kittens). A cleaning rota is used so everyone cleans one room and isn't too much work. You will also have access to a huge communal garden where you can leave your bike safely and have bbq's if the weather is good.
