About the Room:
The bedroom is located on the 2nd floor of apartment. It is a 3 room flat. I am in the main bedroom. The living room, kitchen, and bathroom will be shared space. The bedroom has a bed (can extend to double) and storage but no desk but you are welcome to use the dinner room table or my work desk in the living room.
There is connection to U3 with Bus. There is bus 63 and 134 within 6 minutes by foot. The neighbor and area is quiet.
Street parking is available.
About me:
I am working full time but with home office option. I moved to Munich in 2019 to study at TUM. So I know the pain of apartment hunting! After finishing my studies, I accepted a full time position.
I like cooking and spending time with my friends. I am easy going and open minded.
I would be happy to share a meal together and chat in the evening!
I am looking for a tidy person who can keep the shared clean! This is more important to me that you clean up after cooking, dishes are done by hand (no dishwasher), and area is in order! There is a washing machine in the kitchen and drying rack to be borrowed. For cooking and eating, plates, pots, and space in the fridge for you to use.
As this is only short term room, no KVR!! Only females
