Das Zimmer liegt im Erdgeschoss auf der Südseite unseres Reihenhauses mit direktem Zugang zu Terrasse und Garten. Neben der Tür in den Garten hat es noch ein großes Doppelfenster. Es steht schon ein großer Kleiderschrank im Zimmer.
The room is on the groud floor in our row house. It has a big window facing south and a door to our terrace and our garden. There's already a big wardrobe in the room.
In der Nähe gibt es diverse Supermärkte und andere Geschäfte. Die Bus-Haltestelle Gilgstraße (an der auch der Nachtbus hält:) ist nur eine Gehminute entfernt. Zur U-Bahn Station Aidenbachstraße oder S-Bahn Haltestelle Solln sind es ca 10 Minuten mit dem Bus oder dem Fahrrad. Den Forstenrieder Park und ein Schwimmbad findest du auch in der Umgebung.
Bitte check bevor du uns schreibst, wie deine Verbindungen mit den Öffentlichen zu deinen Often-Visited-Places sind und ob wir überhaupt für dich lagetechnisch interessant sind. Schreib bitte was kurzes dazu in deinem Anschreiben!

Wir sind tagsüber alle meistens ziemlich beschäftigt, verbringen abends aber gerne bisschen Zeit miteinander. Am Wochenende machen wir hin und wieder einen Ausflug, gehen Feiern oder machen ein Weißwurstfrühstück.
Wir suchen jemanden, der gerne Zeit mit uns MitbewohnerInnen verbringt, mal gemeinsam kocht, Karten oder Volleyball spielt.

In the basement you can find a Bar, table soccer, a washing machine, lots of other usefull stuff and space to put your belongings. Your bike can be stored in a bikeport.
