Das Zimmer ist knapp 16qm groß und hat direkten Zugang zum großzügigen überdachten Balkon/Loggia (10qm).
Die Möbel umfassen: Bett (140x200cm), Nachttisch, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Schrank sowie mehrere Lampen..

Die Wohnung ist kernsaniert: Vom Bad über die Küche bis hin zu den Fußböden, Türen, Fenster etc. ist alles aus dem Jahr 2019.

Im Haus gibt es ein paar WGs sowie viele nette Nachbarn. Die Küche beinhaltet: Großen Kühlschrank, 4-Platten-Herd, Spülmaschine (ganz wichtig!), Waschmaschine. Außerdem einen Tisch für alle zum Sitzen, Essen vorbereiten, Kuchen backen und Co. Eine Grundausstattung an Küchenutensilien sowie Besteck ist vorhanden. Auf dem Balkon gibt es eine Abstellkammer für alles, was sonst keinen Platz hat.

The room is 16 m2 and has direct access to the spacious balcony (10 m2). Furniture include a bed (140 x 200 cm), a bedside table, a desk, a chair, a wardrobe, and several lamps.

The apartment has been completely renovated in 2019: From the bathroom to the kitchen, to the floors, doors, windows, etc.

There are a few shared apartments in the building and many friendly neighbors. The kitchen includes a large refrigerator, a 4-burner stove, a dishwasher (very important!), and a washing machine. There is also a table for everyone to sit, prepare meals, bake cakes, etc. A basic set of kitchen utensils and cutlery is provided. There is a storage room on the balcony for anything that doesn't have space elsewhere.

Zur U-Bahn und Bus brauchst du 2 Minuten. Außerdem bekommst du immer einen Sitzplatz in Richtung Innenstadt, da die Station "Fürstenried West" die Endhaltestelle ist. Zu normalen Tageszeiten fährt die U-Bahn alle 10 Minuten, zu Stoßzeiten alle 6 Minuten. In 17 Minuten bist du ohne Umsteigen am Marienplatz, in 19 Minuten direkt an der LMU.
Nach Großhadern/Martinsried zum Campus sind es in etwa 10 Minuten. Sowohl mit dem Fahrrad als auch mit dem Bus.

2 Minuten entfernt an der U-Bahn-Station gibt es einen REWE, einen PENNY, eine Bäckerei und mittwochs + samstags einen tollen Bauernmarkt. Außerdem ein Reformhaus und die HVB-Bank. Der Rossmann und eine Apotheke sind sogar noch näher.

Die Autobahn ist weit genug weg, den Lärm nicht zu hören, aber mit dem Auto kannst direkt in Richtung Berge starten: Unter 60 Minuten bis zum ersten Skilift ;)

Parkplätze findet man auf der Straße oft direkt vor dem Haus, aber zumindest in 1-2 minuten fußläufig egal zu welcher Tageszeit.

It's a 2-minute walk to the subway and bus. Plus, you'll always get a seat heading toward the city center, as Fürstenried West is the final stop. During normal daytime hours, the subway runs every 10 minutes, and every 6 minutes during rush hour. You'll be at Marienplatz in 17 minutes without changing trains, and at LMU main campus in 19 minutes.

It's about 15 minutes to LMU Großhadern/Martinsried campus, both by bike and bus.

Two minutes from the subway station, there's a REWE supermarket, a PENNY supermarket, a bakery, and a great farmers' market on Wednesdays and Saturdays. There's also a healthy food store and the HVB bank. Rossmann and a pharmacy are even closer.

The highway is far enough away that you can't hear the noise, but you can head straight for the mountains by car: it's less than 60 minutes to the first ski lift ;)

Parking is often available on the street right in front of the house, but at least within a 1-2 minute walk, no matter what time of day.

In der WG wohnen Bilgesu (25), Liudmyla (30) und Özüm (26). Ein gutes Zusammenleben der einzelnen Bewohner ist grundsätzlich wichtig: Wir möchten nicht, dass eine reine Zweck-WG entsteht. Alle Türen sind übrigens extra schalldicht (mit einer Wabenstruktur im Inneren der Tür versehen), damit niemand den anderen stört.

Bilgesu (25), Liudmyla (30) und Özüm (26) live in the shared apartment. It's really important that the individual residents that live together get along: We don't want to create a purely functional shared apartment. All doors are specially soundproofed (with a honeycomb structure inside the door) to ensure that no one disturbs anyone else.

Bitte bewirb dich mit einer kurzen Info und gerne einem Link zu deinem Facebook-/Instagram-Profil. Klär uns kurz drüber auf, wie du die Miete und deinen Lebensunterhalt bestreitest (Eltern, Bafög, Job etc.?). Wir brauchen keine SCHUFA (request now) (jetzt beantragen) oder ähnliches, nur muss irgendwie klar aus den Unterlagen hervorgehen, wie du die Miete bezahlen wirst.

Der Einzugstermin muss nicht der 01.04. sein, dein Mietvertrag würde nur ab da laufen: Wenn du später einziehen willst, geht das natürlich. Eventuell können wir auch gleich den 15.04. vereinbaren. Lass uns einfach sprechen.
