Die Wohnung liegt im ruhigen Stadtteil Solln. In direkter Umgebung befinden sich ein Bäcker, ein Rossman, eine Eisdiele, ein Bio-Lebensmittelgeschäft und die Post. Ein Edeka und ein Penny sind in 5 min mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man die zwei Bushaltestellen 63 und 134. Auch der Nachtbus 41 hält fast vor der Haustür. Das Auto kann man vor der Tür oder der Tiefgarage parken und direkt auf die Autobahn auffahren. Gegenüber gibt es ein kleines Fitnessstudio mit Kursangeboten oder das McFit (5 min. Busfahrt).

The apartment is located in the quiet district of Solln. There is a bakery, a Rossman, an ice cream parlor, an organic grocery store and the post office in the immediate vicinity. An Edeka and a Penny can be reached in 5 minutes by bike. The two bus stops 63 and 134 are just a few minutes away and the night bus 41 stops almost on the doorstep. You can park your car in front of the door or in the underground garage and drive directly onto the highway. There is a small gym across the street with classes or the McFit (5 min. bus ride).

Janis (26m) is originally from West Germany. He also works in marketing and came to Munich about 2 years ago. He likes to be in nature, goes to various events and looks at series.

We are both professional and private much on the go, but if we are here, we like to cook together, watch a movie or just sit on our beautiful balcony. We hope you'd like to spend time with us.

Wir stellen uns kurz vor, Mitali und Janis.
Mitali (24f) kommt aus Indien. Sie arbeitet im Finanz und ist seit ein paar Monaten in München. Sie liebt es zu kochen.
Janis (26m) kommt ursprünglich aus Westdeutschland. Er arbeitet ebenfalls im Marketing und ist vor etwa 2 Jahren nach München gekommen. Er ist gerne in der Natur, geht zu diversen Events und schaut sich Serien an.

Wir sind beide beruflich und privat viel unterwegs, aber wenn wir hier sind, kochen wir auch gerne mal zusammen, schauen einen Film oder sitzen einfach nur auf unserem schönen Balkon. Wir hoffen, dass auch du gerne ab und zu Zeit mit uns verbringen würdest.

Die Kaltmiete ist 505€. In den 185€ für Nebekosten sind Wasser- und Heizkosten enthalten. Dies ist eine Vorauszahlung, und wir haben in diesem Jahr wieder einiges aus dem letzten Jahr zurückbekommen. Kommt natürlich auf den Verbrauch an. Monatlich fallen zudem noch Strom, GEZ (18,36€) und Internet (~35€) an. Diese werden von uns gemeinsam selbst gezahlt. Für eine kürzlich erworbene neue Waschmaschine fällt eine Ablöse von 80€ an. Für den Möbel, es kostet 580€ inkl bett, Kleiderschrank, drawer und tisch (Siehe Fotos).

The basic rent is 505€. The €185 for service charges includes water and heating costs. This is a prepayment, and this year we got a fair amount back from last year. Of course, it depends on consumption. We also pay electricity, GEZ (€18.36) and internet (~€35) every month. We pay these together ourselves. For a recently purchased new washing machine, there is a charge of 80€ to take over your share. For the furniture, there’s a fee of 520€ inclues bed, closet, drawer and table (see photos).
