Hey, ich bin Nathalie und suche ab Anfang Januar für eine Mitbewohnerin / Mitbewohner für einen begrenzten Zeitraum von ein paar Monaten 😊
Dein Zimmer ist gemütlich eingerichtet und hat einen großen Kleiderschrank, der genug Platz für persönliche Dinge bietet. Neben dem 1,40 m großen Bett wird das Zimmer auch mit einem kleinen Schreibtisch eingerichtet sein, der sich perfekt für Erledigungen am Laptop eignet. :) Gleich neben deinem Zimmer gibt es ein eigenes WC, das zweite Badezimmer mit der Dusche/Badewanne würden wir uns teilen (2er WG).

Rental period: January - as per request (for 4-6 months). Please note: the room is strictly for one person only.
The room is cozy and has a large wardrobe with plenty of space for personal items. Alongside the 1.40 m bed, there will also be a small desk that’s ideal for handling tasks on your laptop. :) You just need to arrive with your luggage. Directly next to your room is a private bathroom with a toilette, and we'll share the second bathroom with the shower/ bathtub.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der schönen Münchner Gegend Trudering, in der Nähe des Ostparks.
Parken ist auf der Straße rings um das Haus easy möglich.
Von der 900m entfernten U-Bahn Station Quiddestraße (U5), gelangst du in nur 13 Minuten zum Hautbahnhof und in 5 Minuten zum Ostbahnhof. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich nur 200m von der Wohnung entfernt. Eine S-Bahn Station sowie eine weitere U-Bahn Station (Trudering) ist 1.7km entfernt.
In ca. 300m Entfernung gibt es einen LIDL und in ca. 500m Entfernung einen EDEKA. Bäckereien, Restaurants, Fitnessstudios und sonstige Geschäfte gibt es ebenfalls in nächster Umgebung.
Der Ostpark sowie weitere schöne Grünflächen lassen sich in nur wenigen Minuten fußläufig erreichen und laden sehr zum Spazieren gehen oder Fahrrad fahren ein :)

The apartment is located in the beautiful Munich district of Trudering, near Ostpark. Street parking around the house is easy to find.
From the Quiddestraße subway station (U5), just 900 meters away, you can reach the main train station in only 13 minutes and the Ostbahnhof in 5 minutes. A bus stop is just 200 meters from the apartment, and a commuter train station, as well as another subway station (Trudering), is 1.7 km away.
There’s a Lidl about 300 meters away and an EDEKA around 500 meters away. You'll also find bakeries, restaurants, gyms, and other shops nearby.
The Ostpark and other lovely green spaces are within walking distance, perfect for leisurely strolls or cycling. :)
