Die Wohnung hat 70 qm mit einem schönen großen Balkon, Küche, Bad und einem Wohn- Essbereich. Das Zimmer hat ca. 12 qm, ist teilmöbliert (Bett, Regal, Sekretär) und kostet 600 Euro warm. Ich suche jemanden für 1-2 Monate (Februar, März 2025)
Die nächste S-Bahn (S4/S6) und U-Bahn (U2) ist zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten entfernt (5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad), es gibt auch auch einen Bus, mit dem man in 5 Minuten am Bahnhof Trudering ist. Es gibt auch die Möglichkeit in 5 Minuten zur U5 zu kommen (Quiddestraße). Ins Zentrum braucht man ab Bahnhof Trudering in nur 15 Minuten und hat viele Möglichkeiten an verschiedenen Verkehrsmitteln. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt, es gibt EDEKA, Netto, Lidl, Denns und dm.
Idealerweise hast du auch Lust auf das WG-Leben. Zu mir: Ich bin weiblich, 38 Jahre alt, eher ruhig, koche gern und treffe mich gern mit Freunden oder spiele Saxophon oder studiere meinen Master "Positive Psychologie". Ökologisches Bewusstsein ist mir wichtig, wofür ich mich auch nebenbei engagiere :).
