Hallo zusammen!
Ich suche nach einer temporären Mitbewohnerin für mein schönes, helles vollmöbliertes Gästezimmer (Bett, Kommode, Kleiderstange, Tisch, Stuhl, Spiegel), circa 12qm., ab sofort möglich bis circa Mitte/Ende April (genaue Daten können besprochen werden).
Die Wohnung liegt 5 Minuten zu Fuss zum Kolumbusplatz (U-Bahn-Station) und Mariahilfplatz. Ebenfalls 5 Minuten zu Fuss zur Isar/Reichenbachbrücke.
Am Viktualienmarkt ist man zu Fuss in nicht mal 20 Minuten.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt drei Zimmer, zwei davon werden von mir (W, 32) bewohnt.
Küche (vollausgestattet mit uA Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine) und Bad stehen zur Mitbenutzung natürlich zur Verfügung.
Home Office ist nur bedingt gewünscht.
