Die Wohnung liegt im EG von einem Altbau-Haus das 2014 Kernsaniert wurde. Das Zimmer hat 16m² und wird möbliert vermietet. Es befindet sich aktuell eine 140 Schlafcouch im Zimmer diese kann gerne ausgetauscht werden.
Das Zimmer ist mit einem Echtholz Parkettboden ausgestattet.
Die Wohnung liegt genau zwischen Candidplatz und Kolumbusplatz. Der Candidplatz ist in ca. 3-4 Minuten fußläufig zuerreichen. Zum Kolumbusplatz sind es etwa 6-7 Minuten. Vor der Haustür fährt auch der Bus 52 ab.
Die Isar ist auch in 5min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Es gibt direkt einen Penny in der Straße. Aldi, DM, Rossmann sind auch schnell fußläufig erreichbar.
Du wirst mit Marc dort leben. Er ist 27 und arbeitet Vollzeit in der Verkehrstechnik. Er treibt sehr viel Sport und kocht gerne Steaks.
Die Küche ist der tägliche "Begegnungsraum" in dem gerne mal zusammen gegessen, getrunken und gespielt wurde.
Geputzt wurde bis jetzt immer im wöchentlichen wechsel. Es wurde aber immer auf allgemeine Sauberkeit und Ordung geachtet.
Die Küche ist mit einer Spülmaschine und einer Waschmaschine ausgestattet.
Es sind alle Küchenutensilien die man für gewöhnlich braucht bereits vorhanden (Teller, Schüsseln, Pfannen, Töpfe etc.).
