The room has everything you would need for your time here. There is a bed, a big wardrobe, and a desktop in case you need to work or study. I will leave enough in the room so that you are comfortable.

It is located at 1 minute walking to Canddplatz (U1) U-bahn stop, really convenient. There is a small supermarket two doors away. You can also find some other big supermarkets nearby (5 minutes walking). The Isar is also really close, you can be there in just 4 minutes by bicycle.

Normally we live here 3 Spanish people. The flat has a kitchen with everything you could need (washing machine, oven, fridge, microwave...). There is also a shared bathroom, which we would like to keep clean. The lift goes until the 4th floor.

The coexistence is really respectful, everyone has its own space, so you will have your privacy. At the same time, flatmates are really nice and we often spend time together and have dinner together, so if you're open for this let me know.
