Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer, eines davon kann ab sofort möbliert gemietet werden. Es hat 15,3 m² und ein großes Fenster, WLAN, Bett, Schlafcouch, Kleiderschrank, Sekretär, Regal, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und Couchtisch. Die voll eingerichtete Küche mit Geschirr und Töpfen usw., Spülmaschine und Essplatz sowie das Duschbad mit Waschmaschine benutzen wir gemeinsam.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und grün, 12 Minuten zu Fuß zum Candidplatz (U1) und 4 Minuten zum Bus und in die Isarauen. Mit dem Fahrrad sind es 15 Minuten in die Innenstadt.

Da ich (55) zwischen München und Oberfranken pendle, hat die Mieterin die Wohnung die meiste Zeit für sich. Mein Mann und ich sind aber auch manchmal zu zweit da. Es ist also keine klassische WG!

Ich wünsche mir eine saubere, zuverlässige Mitbewohnerin, die mit der Wohnungseinrichtung pfleglich umgeht. Haustiere sind leider nicht möglich. Bitte stell dich kurz vor, wenn du mit mir Kontakt aufnimmst, vielleicht auch in Form eines Lebenslaufs.
