Mein möbeliertes Zimmer wird ab 4. April frei, da ich ins Studentenwohnheim ziehe.
Miete
Die Miete beträgt 690 EUR pro Monat (warm), die Kaution ist doppelt, also 1380 EUR. Daneben zahlen wir alle 15 EUR pro Monat um nur für uns Sachen zu kaufen (Spülmittel, Toilettenpapier...)
Lage
Die Wohnung ist 5 Min entfernt von Wettersteinplatz (U1), man ist in 20 Min maximal am Sendlinger Tor. Rewe, Apotheke, U-Bahn, Tram (2 Min), Bus alles in der Nähe.
WG-Leben
Das Zimmer ist ca 17 m2 groß und ist in einer 6er WG, es gibt aber 2 Bäder, eine große Küche und genug Platz für alle, um sich hinsetzen zu können. Sehr coole Mitbewohner, ~mid 20s die schon arbeiten, haben aber immer Lust am Wochenende oder am Abend was zu machen.
Sonstiges
Wir reden manchmal auf Englisch, haben Putzplan und alles. Sehr angenehme Atmosphäre in der WG, perfekt für zusammen zu sein, aber wenn man bisschen Ruhe braucht, verstehen das natürlich alle.:))
