Hi! I am Tigra. I am renting my room in a lovely apartment as I am moving out soon. I lived here for 1.5 years with my amazing roommates, Bella (14) and Marianna (36), daughter and mother. They are looking for a like-minded person to share our cozy apartment near the Isar River.
They value comfort, sisterhood, safety, and trust and want you to feel at home—not just like a temporary tenant.
Bella loves K-pop, drawing, and experimenting with style. She is in 8th grade. Marianna is a culture manager who works as a freelancer and studies German.
The apartment is 15 minutes by bike from the city center, yet only 3 minutes from the riverside—an area famous for walks, swimming, and sunbathing.
We are looking for the right person to move in around the beginning or middle of April.
The room has a built-in wardrobe, two dressers, a mirror, and a desk.
The bed is 140cm wide (with 4 pull-out drawers, a mattress, and a Cloud slatted frame) and needs to be purchased from me for €290.
