Hi! I am leaving my WG for the month of April and would like to have someone in my room during this period. The room is really big since it used to be a living room so there is plenty of space even for a couple. It comes completely furnished as seen on the pictures, the bed is queen size (150cm). The room is amazing in terms of light due to its south facing orientation and the big windows.
Location (kolumbusplatz, candidplatz) is incredibly close to city centre, just 20min walk or 5min in public transport (bus and ubahn stop only 50m away). Many supermarkets in the area (Edeka, Aldi, Rewe)
We are three people in the WG, all of them spanish between the ages of 26 and 28! There is one bathroom and a kitchen, as well as a small living room.
