Hello,
Our roommate is leaving the flat and we are looking for someone to take her place.
We are two girls living in the flat, myself, Ainhoa and Alba, both 26 years old and from Spain.
We are looking for someone who, apart from living together, is also a person with whom we can share hobbies and chat from time to time. Preferably we are looking for a girl who speaks English, and if possible with some knowledge of German and/or Spanish.
The room (with balcony) is about 30 squared meter large. The room will come furnished with 1 bed, 2 mattresses, a table, a tv, a wardrobe with mirror, a white board, a fan, lamps, and plenty storage units.
The kitchen and the bathroom are shared. The kitchen has everything you need - oven, full-sized fridge, hot plates, dishwasher, bowls, glasses, and utensils. The bathroom has a shower cabin and a toilet, as well as a washer and a dryer which you can use for free. There’s also ample space for you to store your cosmetics products.
The apartment is located at Westkreuz. Walking to Westkreuz station (S6/8) and Leienfelsstr. (S4) both take around 12min. In front of the building there is bus stop for 57 and 162, which brings you to Pasing Bf and beyond easily. Bakeries and supermarkets (Penny and Edeka) are just across the street. Near Westkreuz station there’re Aldi, Rewe, Lidl, and dm, etc.
The stuff, including a lamp with adjustable brightness and warmth, an electric kettle, an egg steamer, a rice cooker, a steam oven, a hair dryer, some food storage boxes, curtains, a blanket, some bed sheets, decorations, etc., has to be taken over at the price of 400€ (non-negotiable).
