Hallo, ich bin Amit, Informatikingenieur und Unternehmer aus Bangalore, Indien. Ich ziehe im April 2025 nach München. Ich bin finanziell abgesichert, verheiratet und unkompliziert, sehr kontaktfreudig, hilfsbereit und respektvoll. Ich rauche nicht, trinke nicht und bin Vegetarierin, die an Minimalismus und Sauberkeit glaubt. Ich habe über 20 Länder bereist und zehn Jahre in Ann Arbor, Michigan, gelebt, bevor ich zurück nach Indien zog. Ich habe dort drei Immobilien gemietet, hatte keinerlei Beschwerden und habe immer 100 % meiner Kaution zurückbekommen. Meine Vermieter stehen immer noch in Kontakt. Meine Nachbarn sagten, ich sei der beste Nachbar, den sie je hatten. In meiner Jugend war ich professioneller Rennfahrer und Sportler und habe fast ein Jahrzehnt für Hewlett Packard gearbeitet. Ich liebe die Natur, treibe gerne Sport, lerne gerne neue Leute kennen und bin ein ruhiger, geduldiger Mensch. Ich bin sehr handwerklich begabt und kann fast alles reparieren: Autos, Elektronik, Haushaltsgeräte, Boote, Möbel, alles rund ums Haus und bin besonders gut in Computer-Hardware und -Software. Ich mag es, Dinge zu erschaffen und zu bauen. Ich kann sehr gut mit Menschen umgehen und komme mit jedem gut aus. Ich bin selbst Vermieter in Indien und respektiere das Eigentum anderer. Ich versuche gerade, Deutsch zu lernen und freue mich auf ein schönes Leben in diesem wunderbaren Land! Ich kann für einen bis sechs Monate mieten.

Hello, I am Amit, a computer science engineer and business owner from Bangalore India moving to Munich in April 2025. I am a financially stable, married and easy going person who is very social, helpful and respectful. I don't smoke don't drink and a vegetarian who believes in minimalism and cleanliness. I have traveled to 20+ countries and I lived in Ann Arbor Michigan for 10 years before moving back to India. I rented three properties there, had zero complaints and always got 100% of my deposit back. My landlords still keep in touch. My neighbors said I was the best neighbor they ever had. I was a professional race car driver and athlete when I was young, worked for Hewlett Packard for almost a decade. I love the outdoors, love playing all sports, love meeting new people and am a calm, patient person. I am very handy and can fix most things: cars, electronics, appliances, boats, furniture, everything thing around the house and am especially good at computer hardware and software. I like creating and building things. I am very good with people, I get along with everybody, no judgements. I am a landlord myself in India and I respect people's property. I am trying to learn German and look forward to a good life in this amazing country! I can rent for anywhere between a month to 6 months.
