The apartment is located in the heart of Maxvorstadt and is very well connected with tram and bus (Schellingstr.) directly in front of the door and subway in 5 minutes walking distance (U6/U3 University). Shopping facilities as well as restaurants and bars are in the direct vicinity of the apartment. The English Garden is 5 minutes away by bike as well as the Odeonsplatz and Stachus.
Ich bin 31 Jahre alt und Ende letzten Jahres von meinem Master aus Schweden nach Deutschland zurück gezogen. In meiner Freizeit mache in gerne Sport, Meditation, Lesen, Restaurant ausprobieren und Yoga, - gerade erst meine 200h-Yogaausbildung gemacht 🧘♀️.
Ich habe vor kurzem angefangen zu arbeiten und muss mich noch an diese neue Lebensumstellung gewöhnen. Ich brauch abends einen Rückzugsort an dem es ruhig ist und ich runter kommen kann. Ich suche deshalb eine ruhige und rücksichtsvolle Person, außerdem lege ich großen Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit.
