Da ich für einen Monat nicht in München sein werde vermiete ich mein Zimmer in einer wunderschönen 2er WG unter. Das Zimmer ist ab 15. März bis 15. April frei- über einen früheren Einzug Anfang März würde sich aber reden lassen.
Das Zimmer hat ca 16 qm und ist vollmöbliert. Inklusive Bett, Schreibtisch, Schlafcouch, und Fernseher.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral in der Maxvorstadt gelegen. 3 Minuten Fußweg bis zur U-Bahnhaltestelle Theresienstraße.
LMU und TU in Gehweiten (ca 10-15min) erreichbar.
Englischergarten 10 min mit dem Bus.
Die Wg besitzt eine große komfortable Küche, die auch gerne unter dem Tag als Aufenthaltsraum und gemeinsamer Ort um sich zu treffen genutzt wird.
Sauberkeit und regelmäßiges putzen ist erwünscht. Ansonsten gestaltet sich das Wg leben relativ ruhig.
