Das Zimmer ist etwa 15 m² groß und wird komplett möbliert mit einem Bett (und Matratze), einem Kleiderschrank, einem Tisch, einem Stuhl und zwei kleineren Kommoden angeboten. Das Bett ist doppelt und gemütlich. Das Zimmer ist sehr hell, dank zwei großer Fenster und einem kleinen Balkon.
Die Wohnung selbst besteht aus einem großzügigen offenen Raum, der ein Wohnzimmer mit einem LCD-Bildschirm (keine TV-Kanäle, aber du kannst Netflix, YouTube usw. schauen) und zwei Sofas umfasst. Die Küche ist mit zwei Kühlschränken, einem Induktionsherd, einem Ofen und einem großen Esstisch ausgestattet. Es gibt zwei Badezimmer und natürlich acht Schlafzimmer.

The room is about 15 m² in size and comes fully furnished with a bed (and mattress), a closet, a table, a chair, and two smaller dressers. The bed is double-sized and comfortable. The room is very bright, thanks to two large windows and a small balcony.
The flat itself consists of a spacious open-plan area, which includes a living room with an LCD screen (no TV channels, but you can watch Netflix, YouTube, etc.), and two sofas. The kitchen is equipped with two fridges, an induction stove, an oven, and a large dining table. There are two bathrooms and, of course, eight bedrooms.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, ist jedoch sehr gut angebunden. Die U-Bahn-Linie U1 zum Sendlinger Tor ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und Sendlinger Tor ist in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Die Straßenbahnlinie 25 zum Max-Weber-Platz (nahe Rosenheimer Platz) ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Supermärkte, Geschäfte und eine Vielzahl von Restaurants sind in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zudem ist ein Fitnessstudio nur 10 Minuten entfernt, und ein Schwimmbad befindet sich nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Die Isar und der Flaucher sind in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar und auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen, während der Perlacher Forst, ideal für Läufer und Radfahrer, nur 5 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn entfernt ist!

The flat is situated in a quiet, residential area, yet is very well connected. The U-Bahn line U1 to Sendlinger Tor is just a 5-minute walk away, with Sendlinger Tor reachable in 15 minutes. Tram line 25 to Max-Weber-Platz (near Rosenheimer Platz) is only a 3-minute walk.
Supermarkets, shops, and a variety of restaurants are within a 5-10 minute walk. Additionally, a fitness studio is just 10 minutes away, and there is a swimming pool within a 5-minute walk.
The Isar and Flaucher are 10 minutes by bike, and easily reachable on foot as well, while Perlacher Forst, great for runners and cyclists, is just a 5-minute tram ride away!
Unsere WG besteht aus 8 Personen verschiedener Nationalitäten. Wir sprechen normalerweise Englisch, aber jeder kann sich auch auf Deutsch verständigen.
Wir sind hauptsächlich eine Gruppe junger Berufstätiger in unseren 20ern, mit Ausnahme von Niamh und Aish, die Master-Studierende in Physik und Betriebswirtschaft sind. Wir haben es erfolgreich geschafft, das Geschlechterverhältnis (4 Jungs, 4 Mädchen) in der Wohnung ausgewogen zu halten und möchten das auch so beibehalten, weshalb wir in dieser Anzeige Geschlechterpräferenzen haben.
Obwohl das Leben mit 8 Personen überwältigend klingen mag, bietet unsere WG eine ruhige und angenehme Umgebung, in der du deine Privatsphäre genießen kannst, aber auch schöne Mahlzeiten oder Momente mit deinen Mitbewohnern teilen kannst. Einer der größten Vorteile, in einer so großen WG zu leben, ist, dass immer jemand da ist, mit dem man etwas unternehmen oder Pläne machen kann!

Our flatshare consists of 8 people of various nationalities. We usually speak in English, but everybody can communicate in German as well.
We are mix of mostly young professionals in our 20s, with the exception of Niamh and Aish, who are master's students in Physics and Business, respectively. We have successfully maintained a balanced gender ratio (4 guys, 4 girls) in the flat, and we'd like to keep it that way, which is why we have gender preferences for this ad.
Although living with 8 people might sound overwhelming, our WG is a calm and comfortable environment where you can enjoy your privacy while also sharing enjoyable meals or moments with your flatmates. One of the best things about living in such a large flatshare is that there's always someone available to hang out or make plans with!
Ich biete dieses Zimmer an, weil ich im neuen Jahr mit meiner Masterarbeit am Max-Planck-Institut in Garching beginne. Daher ziehe ich mit einer meiner engsten Freundinnen in eine Wohnung, die näher an Garching liegt. Wäre das nicht der Fall, würde ich die WG definitiv nicht verlassen!
