Spaceous and bright room in a quiet street in one of the best areas of Munich (close to univerisity and English Garden). When I am in Munich, the bathroom is shared, otherwise you are by yourself. I am gone 7.-23.3., 17.-22.4., as well as all the weekends friday till monday except 1 weekend in the entire period.). The room has large windows with trees in front, a big bed (180 cm), a day bed / sofa with view out of the window, a table with chair. (No proper kitchen included!! But a tiny mini fridge, water kettle, coffee french press, rice cooker and dishes.) dishes would need to be washed in the bathroom. The bathroom is shared with me when I am home as well; on very few days my partner might be here too. Important: only non-smokers!! (I have asthma, the room must stay 100% smokefree). Also it s very important that on weekdays it is quiet after 10 30 pm - the walls are very thin and I have light sleep.. I have a challenging job in a women's shelter, so I really need my rest. You won't see me a lot, but overall I am an easygoing and helpful person, I've lived in different countries for 15 years and am now back in my hometown.
