Sie befindet sich im Herzen des Zentrums, im Stadtteil Maxvorstadt, und es ist das Beste, da alle Annehmlichkeiten in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen sind, ebenso wie die U2 und Busse. Der Englische Garten und der Marienplatz sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Die Wohnung (2.5 Zimmern) ist sehr sonnig und geräumig, mit Blick auf den Innenhof. Dein Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet, Doppelbett, eine Couch und Klamottenstangen sind vorhanden.
Es gibt einen begehbaren Abstellraum, ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne, eine Küche mit EBK, Wasch- und Trockenmaschine und einem Geschirrspüler, sowie einen kleinen Hobbyraum.
