Hey lieber Mitbewohner oder Mitbewohnerin!

Die gesamte Wohnung ist mit Fischgrätparkett, hohen stuckverzierten Decken und in technischer Hinsicht bestens ausgestattet. Das Zimmer liegt in Richtung eines Parks, wodurch es sehr leise ist und man einen Blick ins Grüne hat.

Die Wohnung liegt Nahe am Harras im 1. Stock eines 2015 kernsanierten Altbaus. Der Valley-Park grenzt direkt an die Wohnung an, die U6-Harras ist in 4 Minuten zu erreichen. Läden des täglichen Bedarfs sind alle ums Eck.

Ich (M29, Doktorand in Augsburg) strebe, wie mit meinem bisherigen Mitbewohner ein unkompliziertes und harmonisches Zusammenleben an. Ich bin 2-3 Tage die Woche im Homeoffice und Abends in der Regel unterwegs. Ansonsten gerne gemeinsam Kochen oder was unternehmen, wie es hald einfach passt :)

Das Zimmer wird BEFRISTET und MÖBLIERT vermietet ab 01.04.2025 bis 30.04.2025 da mein aktueller Mitbewohner auf Reisen ist. Die Wohnung kann sehr gerne zuvor besichtigt werden.
