I might have a room for you. I am a single Mom, with an 18-year-old son and a Labrador puppy and we share our apartment with another Ph.D. student who studies bio Physics and an Master student who finished his M.A. and already started working. Both have been with us for a long period of time. M. has been with us for more than 2,5 years and is moving out now to start a place on his own. Thus he is moving out and he room will become available. Both guys love it here :)
We live in a very nice area, with lots of green around, 5 minutes to the big park, leading to the English garden and only 12 min. from the center of town. We have tons of shopping possibilities around like supermarkets, drugstores etc.
The room is rather big around 17 qm, furnished and costs € 750 including utility costs. We overlook the public swimming pool, which is great during the summer. There are lots of parks to go jogging or biking as well.
The WG is not a party WG and is suitable for people who enjoy calm and quiet times. Our lovely dog, a young labrador puppy, is always up for some fun. Since he is still a "baby," we are looking for someone who loves dogs and is pet-friendly.
On a last note, some of us are vegetarians, and while you do not have to be- you can eat and prepare meat- we kindly ask you to refrain from eating pork.
