Hello!
I am subletting my room for 2 month. It is very close (15 minutes) to the city center and 1 minute walk to the U-bahn station.
The room is about 13 sqm, full of windows and is very bright. It’s on the 3rd floor with elevator, fully furnished with a bed, a desk and chair, and a closet.
The entrance space has shelves to leave shoes and jackets. There is a parking space for bikes and cars in the apartment.
The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, fridge and kitchen utensils like cutlery, plates, mugs, etc. The house has two toilets and a shower.
In the basement, we also have a washing machine, dryer, and space to hang up our clothes to dry.
- 1-minute walk to the Ubahn (lines U3 and U6) station.
- 15 minutes to the city center Marienplatz by public transportation.
- The location is very convenient and the apartment is surrounded by many supermarkets, cafés and restaurants.
- It takes a 10-minute walk to the Theresienwiese, where you can find a fantastic Christmas Market.
We are 4 women students sharing the apartment. Each resident is lovely, quite, and clean.
