Das komplett eingerichtete Zimmer ist Teil einer 95 qm 3-Zimmer Wohnung (zwei gleich große Schlafzimmer und einem komplett eingerichtetem Wohnzimmer) in Schwabing. Das helle Zimmer ist ca. 20 qm groß, hat einen Anschluss zum Wintergarten und kann eingerichtet bezogen werden. Das Privatzimmer verfügt über ein gemütliches Doppelbett, einen Tisch, einen Kleiderschrank und eine große Kommode. In der Gemeinschaftsküche finden Sie alles, was Sie zum Kochen benötigen, wie einen Backofen, einen Geschirrspüler, Besteck und Geschirr.Es gibt zwei Badezimmer, die auch mit den Mitbewohnern geteilt werden. Eines enthält Waschbecken und Badewanne, das andere Waschbecken und Toilette.
Die Wohnung ist insgesamt hochwertig ausgestattet: Parkett im gesamten Wohnbereich, Fliesen in der nagelneuen Küche mit Spülmaschine, großer Balkon, Wintergarten, Abstellkammer, Kellerraum, gefliestes Bad mit Wanne/Dusche, Waschmaschine und du bekommst einen eigenen Kühlschrank :)

The room is part of a 95 square metre 3-room flat (two equally sized bedrooms and a fully furnished living room) in Schwabing. The bright room is approx. 20 square metres in size, has a connection to the conservatory and can be moved into furnished. The private room has a cosy double bed, a table, a wardrobe and a large chest of drawers. In the communal kitchen you will find everything you need for cooking, such as an oven, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery, and there are two bathrooms, which are also shared with the flatmates. One contains a washbasin and bathtub, the other a washbasin and toilet.
The flat is furnished to a high standard: parquet flooring throughout the living area, tiles in the brand new kitchen with dishwasher, large balcony, conservatory, storage room, cellar room, tiled bathroom with bathtub/shower, washing machine and you get your own fridge :)
Die Wohnung liegt in der Schleißheimerstraße in Schwabing. Zur Ackermanstraße (Tram 27) läuft man 1 Min. und ist dann in 15 min am Karlsplatz Stachus. Und vom Scheidplatz (U3) aus ist man in 10 minuten am Sendlinger Tor. Im wunderrschönen Olympia-Park oder im Luitpoldpark ist man in 1-2 Minuten zu Fuß.

The apartment is on the Schleißheimerstrasse in Schwabing. It's a 1-minute walk to Ackermanstrasse (tram 27) and then it's 15 minutes to Karlsplatz Stachus. And from Scheidplatz (U3) you can reach Sendlinger Tor in 10 minutes. You can walk to the beautiful Olympia Park or Luitpoldpark in 1-2 minutes.
Du solltest ordentlich, offen und umgänglich sein.
Ich stelle mir das WG Leben sehr locker vor, wo jeder seine Freiheiten und Ruhe haben soll. Rücksicht auf die Anderen ist mir ganz wichtig.
