Hey you,

My roommate is leaving Munich so I'm looking for someone new to share this beautiful place with me from mid-January or February 2025 on :)

Your room will be 13.14m2 and has access to our south-east facing 14m2 balcony! The room is squarely cut and faces the courtyard, so it gets plenty of light and is very quite. My current roommate can transfer a few items if needed, such as bed and mattress.

We have 1 separate WC and 1 bathroom with a second toilet, so we never need to wait for the toilet.

The living room is 25m2 and has large windows, it's set up with a dining space, a large sofa and working space. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, and dish washer. There are washing machines in the building, and I also installed a washing machine in the apartment. The flat has pretty much all the appliances needed.

In the building we also have a spacious Kellerraum for storage, an underground parking spot, a bike room and washing room.

It's 1min to the U5 station, 2min to the closest supermarket, and 6min walk to the large shopping mall with all you can possibly need.

The apartment is my home, so I’m looking for someone who'd fit well together :) It’s very important to me that you’re clean and tidy, so please mention if you’re comfortable with a weekly Putzplan in your message, it helps keep things running smoothly!

A little about me: I am a PhD student, so I usually get up around 9 am, head to the office (sometimes at home), and go to bed around 11 pm. I like to keep things quiet during the week, but I’m flexible on weekends and enjoy a relaxed vibe at home. It’d be great if you have a similar sleep schedule to keep things harmonious!

I’m a big fan of good food and love having chats when we’re both home, but I also value and understand personal space. If you’re looking for a peaceful and friendly place to live, I’d love to hear from you!
