A room in Pasing will be available in our WG from end of January til end of July (it is flexible so please share your ideal move-in & move-out dates when contacting us 😊). The room is ca. 20m² and fully furnished..
The rest of the apartment is also fully furnished with all electric appliances like an oven, a dishwasher, a vacuum cleaner and a washing machine. There is also a lot of common stuff in the kitchen like pots, pans, dishes, etc.
The apartment is located around 5 minutes by foot from the Pasing train station and it is close to supermarkets, pharmacies and the Pasing Arcaden mall. There are also a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. It is also pretty close to the beautiful Pasinger Stadtpark or the Westpark 😊.
HBF ~15min.
Marienplatz ~18min.
The roommates are 3 very nice guys. Daniel is brasilian, 25 years old, and he is working in a brewery here in Munich. He likes hiking, gaming and biking. Quim is a 25-year-old Spanish guy working as a Software Engineer in aerospace applications. He likes reading books, doing outdoor sports and having long conversations. And last, Raffaele, a 25-year-old Italian guy, that is working as Aeropscace Engineer in the same company as Quim. He likes to do sports, going out during the weekend and cooking.
We tend to chill out together for a beer after work, however it is, of course, possible to maintain your privacy and stay in your room if you don’t feel like it. Daniel is completely fluent in german, and Raffaele and Quim are learning german at the moment, however, a good command of english is preferred.
