Hello! My name is Santiago, and I'm offering my cozy room for short-term rent during August. Located in a Laimer Platz, this spacious room with a balcony will provide a comfortable stay during your visit.

Location is really convinient. Downstairs you'll find a variety of amenities such as a Rewe supermarket, Aldi, DM pharmacy, Eurostore, Woolworth, and many other shops to cater to your needs.

Plus, you'll enjoy easy access to public transportation, with the U-Bahn and bus stop at Laimer Platz just downstairs, and the tram only a 5-minute walk away

You'll be sharing the apartment with Angela (26) , a German researcher at TUM, and Gonzalo (24), a Spanish engineering student at TUM. Both Angela and Gonzalo are fluent in English and German.

At our place, cleanliness and communication are of utmost importance. We maintain a tidy and organized living space, ensuring a pleasant environment for all occupants. Additionally, the apartment boasts two balconies where you can enjoy the fresh air and sunshine, a fully-equipped kitchen for your culinary adventures, a cozy living room area, and a shared bathroom.
