Das sanierte, denkmalgeschützte Bauernhaus in Feldmoching hat 3 Schlafzimmer. Das freie Zimmer liegt im ersten Stock und ist ca. 18m2 gross und hat mehrere Fenster. Wir teilen uns ein modernes Bad im ersten Stock. In der Diele ist ein gemeinsamer Arbeitsplatz eingerichtet. Im Erdgeschoss liegt die grosszügige Küche mit Speisekammer (aka. Gästezimmer), ein Esszimmer, sowie das Wohnzimmer. Vor dem Haus liegt ein kleiner Sitzplatz und kleiner Gemeinschaftsgarten zur gemeinsamen Nutzung. Das Zimmer kann möbliert oder unmöbliert gemietet werden. Bezug ab 1. November, etwas früher oder später geht auch.

The renovated, historic farmhouse in Feldmoching has 3 bedrooms. The vacant room is on the second floor and is approx. 18m2 and has several windows. We share a modern bathroom on the second floor. A workstation is set up in the hallway. On the first floor is the spacious kitchen with pantry (aka. guest room), a dining room and the living room. There is a small seating area and communal garden in front of the house for shared use. The room is available furnished or unfurnished. Somewhat flexible move-in date is1. November.
Das Haus liegt in Feldmoching ca. 8 Gehminuten von U-Bahn und S-Bahn entfernt. In der Nähe sind Läden, Cafes, und Restaurants. Der Feldmochinger See kann zu Fuss erreicht werden. Liegt perfekt zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Flughafen. TUM und LMU Oberschleissheim sehr gut erreichbar.

The house is located in Feldmoching about 8 minutes walk from the subway and S-Bahn. There are stores, cafes and restaurants nearby. The Feldmochinger See can be reached on foot. Perfectly located between main station and airport. TUM and LMU Oberschleissheim can be easily reached.
Wir sind:
Danai, eine Mikrobiologin aus Zürich. Tagsüber im Labor an der LMU in Oberschleißheim. In der Freizeit gerne am baden, snowboarden, oder gärtnern.
Sophie, eine Gewerkschaftsmitarbeiterin aus Würzburg. Oft in Betrieben unterwegs und politisch engagiert. In ihrer Freizeit ist sie für ein Kaltgetränke, eine Runde auf der Playstation oder ein analoges Kartenspiel gerne zu haben.
Die 10 jährige Katze Schatulla. Sie ist sehr verspielt und mit Menschen sehr verkuschelt, im Umgang mit anderen Katzen allerdings pure Soziopathin.
Wir suchen: Eine queerfreundliche, solidarische, und interessante Person! Wir mögen es, wenn man mit den Mitbewohner:innen mal gemeinsam was kocht und gesellig beisammen ist. Wir unterhalten uns gerne am Abend bei einem Wein/Bier/Spezi über den Alltag und weniger alltägliches. Wir schätzen einen rücksichtsvollen Umgang der offen ist für sämtliche Lebenswelten und -gestaltungen.

Danai, a microbiologist from Zurich. During the day in the laboratory at the LMU in Oberschleissheim. Likes swimming, snowboarding and gardening in her free time.
Sophie, a trade union employee from Würzburg. Often out and about in companies and politically active. In her free time, she enjoys a cold drink, a game on the Playstation or an analog card game.
The 10-year-old cat Schatulla. She is very playful and very cuddly with people, but a pure sociopath with other cats.
We are looking for: A queer-friendly, supportive and interesting person! We like to cook together with our flatmates and socialize. We like to chat in the evening over a wine/beer/specialty about everyday life and less everyday things. We value a considerate approach that is open to different life choices.
