The bright 11m2 room is furnished with:
A bed (140x200), a desk, a chair, a wardrobe, a mirror, and a shelf - everything you need!
If you want to bring your own stuff that would be also no problem, just let us know (we have a big attic where we can store suitcases, unwanted furniture etc).
The rent (740€) also includes the following costs: GEZ, internet, electricity, water and heating. So, there are no additional costs.
The house is right between the U-Bahn station (U5) Friedenheimer Str. and Laimer Platz. The bus lines 51, 151, 168 as well as a night line, tram 18, 19 can all be reached in less than 10 minutes. The Laim S-Bahn station is only two bus stops away. Pretty much all the major supermarkets incl. Penny, Rewe, Edeka, DM are also very close and fortunately, there is a 24/7 open Gas Station nearby which is quite useful if you need snacks or alcohol after 8 pm :) If you want fast food, then it's not a big deal either since McDonald's, Subway and Burgerme aren't far away. Bakers, doctors, pharmacies, banks and restaurants are also in the immediate vicinity.
Since we live on a side street, you can't hear anything from the main street, and you can listen to the birds singing in peace.
We are 7 people in the house and almost everyone is from a different country. So, it is a very international WG and you may hear from time to time more than one language being spoken in the kitchen. The people are really friendly and caring and there is always someone to help.
Usually at the weekends, we may drink and chat together until late. During summer we also spontaneously do BBQs in our garden or go for a picnic together since West Park is also close to the house or have a party. We also enjoy doing different sports together, so if you like bouldering, biking, badminton or anything else, let us know :))
However, the house isn't that noisy, on the contrary, it is usually quiet during the day as most of us are working people. So, if you're a person who enjoys some quiet time in the house, you're also welcome.
We have a cleaning plan, as well as certain basic rules that are made in accordance with the WG.
The house has a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The washing machine is in the basement and can be used by everyone.
In order to make our flat share as stable as possible, we are looking for someone who can imagine living with us for longer (6 months +). If you have read this far, I would ask you a brief description of yourself with your application.
