During my time abroad in Albania for work, I will sublet this beautiful room in a 2-person-apartment. The person you will share the apartment with is my lovely friend Marina who works for a publishing house.
The location of the place could not be any better: you are directly at the academy of fine arts in the hip and young Maxvorstadt in the center of Munich.
The rent is very cheap if you know Munich. Also during March and April, there might be small renovations happening in the corridor and kitchen of the apartment. However, in your room you will find peace and privacy always.
The time of rent is flexible in the period March to April. I am already not in Munich, but Marina is there and can show you the room and welcome you.
