I recently moved in so lamps still need to be installed :)
The room is equipped with a cupboard and one bed (1,40m*2,00m). I will put a table and a chair in the room before you move in.
Of course you can use the fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom (with washing machine) and there is of course wifi.
There is a bus directly in front of the house going to the tube station U6 (Klinikum Großhadern) OR you can use the bycicle to ride to the tube station which just takes 7 minutes (please see photo attached).
I am a 43 years old, friendly, easy going person who loves to travel and going on hikes. I am working during the week so I would prefer someone quiet (definitely no parties allowed). The room is only rent out to one person!
The total rent (everything included) is 750 EUR warm. 500 EUR deposit.

Ein möbliertes Zimmer in einer Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung
Ich bin gerade neu eingezogen- Lampen müssen noch installiert werden ;)
Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Schrank, und einem Bett (1,40m*2,00m). Bevor du einziehst kommt auch noch ein kleiner Tisch und ein Stuhl ins Zimmer.
Selbstverständlich könnt ihr die voll ausgestattete Küche (mit kleinemTisch und Sitzgelegenheit) und das Badezimmer (mit Waschmaschine) mitbenutzen und natürlich gibt es auch Wifi.
Direkt vor dem Haus fährt ein Bus zur U-Bahn-Station U6 (Klinikum Großhadern) ODER du fährst mit dem Fahrrad, um zur U-Bahn-Station zu fahren, was nur 7 Minuten dauert (siehe Foto im Anhang).
Ich bin 43 Jahre, unkompliziert und reise und wander gerne. Ich arbeite wähend der Woche, daher würde ich jemanden ruhigen bevorzugen (definitiv keine Parties erlaubt). Das Zimmer wird nur an eine Person vermietet!
Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 750 EUR warm (alles inklusive). 500 EUR Kaution.
