Das Zimmer ist etwa 17qm groß in einer wunderschönen frisch sanierten Altbauwohnung mit 2 Zimmern, einer großen Wohnküche mit Balkon (zum Innenhof mit Vogelgezwitscher), Bad und getrenntem WC.

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Haidhausen nahe der schönen Preysingstraße. Ganz in der Nähe sind der Wiener Platz, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und coole Cafés und Restaurants, die Straße an sich ist aber eher ruhig und sehr idyllisch.
In wenigen Minuten ist man fußläufig am Max-Weber-Platz (U4, U5) und auch am Rosenheimer Platz (S Bahn).

Ich ziehe selbst erst am 15.07. in die Wohnung ein und freue mich darauf, es dort richtig schön zu machen.
Ich mache gerne Yoga, probiere neue Cafés aus, bin gerne draußen, reise und surfe gerne. Ich habe bereits in WGs gelebt und freue mich auf gemeinsame Kochabende oder Unternehmungen, verstehe aber auch, wenn man abends seine Ruhe braucht :)

Eine Küche kommt natürlich noch rein :) und sonst werde ich auch den Großteil (Küche, Bad, Waschmaschine etc.) einrichten können.
Kosten für Internet und Strom kommen noch dazu.
