Mein Zimmer ist mit 29qm das größte von 3 Zimmern in der WG. Es ist mit Fischgräten Parkett ausgestattet und hat zwei große Fenster.

Die Miete von 1200,00 € ist der All-In Preis inklusive Strom, WLAN und GEZ.

Wenn du neue und eventuell günstigere Verträge abschließt schmälert sie sich also ggf. noch.

Das Einzugsdatum ist verhandelbar.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist genau auf der Grenze zwischen der Maxvorstadt und Schwabing. Wenige Gehminuten zur U2 am Josephsplatz.

Aktuell leben wir hier zu Dritt. Lukas (30) , Leonie (23) und ich (28) und arbeiten alle Vollzeit.
Spätestens zum 31.08 werden aber alle Zimmer frei werden und du kannst dir als neue/r Hauptmieter/in neue Mitbewohner/innen suchen und das WG Leben neu gestalten.

Bitte melde dich nur wenn du bereit bist die Hauptmieter-Eigenschaft zu übernehmen.

Ein anteiliger Abschlag für Garderobe & Küchen und Bad Möbel (Tisch,Stühle,Unterschrank) von 250€ wäre ebenfalls zu leisten. Nachmieter für die anderen Zimmer müssten ebenfalls ablöse an Lukas und Leonie zahlen.
