Just 7 minutes away from the Pasing S-Bahn station, where S3, S4, S6, S8, and multiple regional trains (RBs) stop. It’s super convenient—only about 7–12 minutes to the city center. We’ve never had trouble getting to and from places thanks to the excellent connectivity.
We are a group of 4 students from Kerala, India (2 girls and 2 boys), studying at TUM and ISM, and we’re currently living together in a cozy, welcoming apartment. One of us will be going abroad for an exchange semester, so we now have a vacancy! We’re looking for a friendly and like-minded student to join us and share a room with one of the boys.
Our home is perfect for someone who enjoys a balance between focus and fun. We’re all working students who value our studies but also love to cook together, hang out, and occasionally enjoy a good party. The apartment is located in a quiet, residential area on the 3rd floor (no elevator, unfortunately) and offers a peaceful atmosphere with beautiful surroundings. Despite being tucked away from the city crowds, it’s very accessible to public transport, making it convenient for getting around.
If you’re an Erasmus or exchange student looking for a short stay during your semester abroad and don’t need a KVR registration, this could be the perfect place for you! However, if you require a KVR, unfortunately, we can’t provide it since the stay isn’t long-term.
If you’re a new student in Munich, we’d be more than happy to help you settle in and make your transition easier. We’ve all been there, and we’d love to share tips, advice, and support to help you feel at home! If this sounds like the right fit for you, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’d love to get to know you!
To contact us, please reach out via WhatsApp Contact: (see contact info) (preferred) after reading the details carefully. We would be happy to share photos of the room and apartment once you sent us a brief introduction about yourself, your studies etc. If you call, please speak only in English. We can’t wait to hear from you!
