It`s a very nice 10 sqm cosy and practically furnished room. It s equipped with a comfortable bed, wardrobe, desk, cupboard and much more. Due to the large window, it is bright and also offers a nice view into the garden. The flat itself is 72 sqm and has the advantage that the rooms are not directly next to each other. So you don't have to be so considerate of each other.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and baking. There is enough crockery, cutlery and pots.
The bathroom has a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub/shower.

In the basement is a washing machine (coin-operated) and also a lot of drying rooms. The bicycle storage room is also in the basement.

If you have a dog, he or she is of course also welcome and - good to know - is a non-smoking flat-sharing.

The flat is located in the district Bogenhausen - Oberföhring, a the north-eastern part of the city. It offers an ideal infrastructure. Of course, there are shops, doctors and restaurants nearby.
