Es ist ein sehr schönes Zimmer. Es ist hell, sauber. Es ist möbliert mit einem Bett, einem Regal, einem Schreibtisch und einem Stuhl. Der Essbereich umfasst 20 qm. Die Küche hat etwa 10 qm. Das Bad hat eine Wanne und eine Dusche. Die Wohnung ist neuwertig.
Der Bus ist in fünf Minuten Gehzeit zu erreichen. Er fährt zum Pasinger Bahnhof. Es ist eine Stadtrandlage. Ein großer Garten und eine große Terasse stehen zur Verfügung. Die Gartenrabeit wird unter den WG-Bewohnern verteilt. Ebenso wird die Hausarbeit verteilt.
Die WG wird von der Vermieterin mitbewohnt. Sie bewohnt einen abgetrennten Teil. Ein WG-Leben ist eigentlich nicht existent von gelegentlichen Treffen in der Wohnung abgesehen.
Der Kontakt ist nur über Email bzw. schriftliche Antwort auf die Anzeige möglich. Es wird erwartet, dass die Gartenarbeit wie Rasenmähen und Unkraut zupfen tatsächlich und zufriedenstellend ausgeführt wird. Es wird auch auf Sauberkeit und eine gute Endreinigung Wert gelegt.
