dein Zimmer ist möbiliert mit allen Sachen, die man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht!
Es sind drei Zimmer jeweils einzeln anmietbar & die WG wird neu gegründet.
Dein schönes 15 qm großes Zimmer ist Teil einer 78qm großen 3 Zi-Wohnung. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer, ein hochwertiges Bad, voll ausgestattete Küche & einen Wohn-Flur.
Dein Zimmer hat ein großes Fenster. Das Zimmer ist in Richtung Park ausgerichtet, ruhig und ist durch das große Fenster sehr hell. Die Fotos unterscheiden sich von der zukünftigen Ausstattung etwas. Das Zimmer wird mit einem hochwertigen Einbauschrank, einem 140cm Bett und einem Schreibtisch möbiliert sein.
Die Wohnung wurde vor kurzen renoviert. Die Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Spülmaschine und alles was man sonst zum Leben braucht ausgestattet. Im Flur befindet sich ein Esstisch. Ein Waschtrockner ist vorhanden und kann natürlich mitbenutzt werden.
In der Warmmiete sind alle Kosten wie Betriebskosten, Strom, Internet, enthalten.
Es fallen somit keine zusätzliche Kosten für dich an.
Das Zimmer kann für eine Dauer von 6-24 Monate befristet angemietet werden
Die Fotos in der Anzeige unterscheiden sich von der finalen Möbilierung. Die WG wird neu gegründet. Aktuell zu sehen sind die Möbel meiner Mieter.

Three rooms can be rented individually & the flat share is newly formed.
Your beautiful 15 sqm room is part of a 78 sqm 3-room apartment. There are 3 bedrooms, a high quality bathroom, fully equipped kitchen & a living hallway.
Your room has a large window. The room faces the park, is quiet and very bright thanks to the large window. The photos differ slightly from the future furnishings. The room will be furnished with a high-quality built-in wardrobe, a 140cm bed and a desk.
The apartment was recently renovated. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher and everything else you need for living. There is a dining table in the hallway. A washer-dryer is available and can of course be shared.
All costs such as operating costs, electricity and internet are included in the rent.
There are therefore no additional costs for you.
The room can be rented for a limited period of 6-24 months

Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig, bietet aber alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs. Die Straße ist nicht viel befahren und gegenüber der Wohnung lädt ein Park zum sonnen und entspannen ein. Trotz der ruhigen Lage ist die Innenstadt nicht weit entfernt.
Weniger als 5 Minuten zur Ubahn (U2 Milbertshofen). Du erreichst damit entspannt die Innenstadt in wenigen Minuten.
Mit dem Bus ist man in wenigen Minuten bei BMW oder der Parkstadt Schwabing (Amazon, Osram und andere große Arbeitgeber)
Mit dem Fahrrad fährt man einen super schönen und grünen Radweg in die Innenstadt. Der englische Garten ist nur 15 Min. entfernt.

The neighborhood is quiet, but offers all stores for daily needs. The street is not busy and there is a park opposite the apartment where you can sunbathe and relax. Despite the quiet location, the city center is not far away.
Less than 5 minutes to the subway (U2 Milbertshofen). You can reach the city center in a few minutes.
The bus takes you to BMW or Parkstadt Schwabing (Amazon, Osram and other large employers) in just a few minutes
You can cycle to the city center on a beautiful and green cycle path. The English Garden is only 15 minutes away.
Willkommen in einer tollen 3er WG. Wir sind english sprechende Studenten im Alter von 25-30 Jahre und freuen uns auf einen neuen Mitbewohner. Wir sind keine reine Zweck-WG und freuen uns über gemeinsame Kochabende oder andere Aktivitäten, geben jeden aber auch den Raum und Privatsphäre den er braucht

Die Fotos unterscheiden sich von der jetzigen Möbilierung. Die Möbel sind alle neuwertig. Jedes Zimmer hat einen Schreibtisch, ein Bett + Kleiderschrank.
