Das WG Zimmer ist in der oberen Etage einer Maisonette-Wohnung. Küche, Essbereich und Bad werden zusammen genutzt.
Lage: Direkt beim Olympiapark, daher ideal für Sportler. U-Bahn-Anbindung an die U3.
Möbel: Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Sofa und ein kleines Bücherregal. Wahlweise kann ein Schreibtisch und ein Luftbett zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Ihr könnt auch eure eigenen Möbel mitbringen.
Dauer: Das Zimmer kann ab September monatsweise angemietet werden, mit Option auf monatliche Verlängerung (bis ca. 31.12.24). Ich befinde mich aktuell selbst auf Wohnungssuche für eine kleinere Wohnung und kann daher nicht genau sagen, wie oft eine Verlängerung möglich sein wird. Daher ist das WG Zimmer ideal für Leute, die selbst flexibel bleiben möchten. Die Bezahlung erfolgt monatsweise im Voraus (bei späterem Einzug auch anteilig möglich).
Mir wäre wichtig, dass ihr selbst ordentlich seid damit ein angenehmes, gemeinschaftliches Wohnen möglich ist.

Shared room with balcony available in the Olympiadorf (size approx. 25 m², 2 persons in total, temporary).
The shared room is on the upper floor of a maisonette apartment. Kitchen, dining area and bathroom are shared.
Location: Right next to the Olympiapark, therefore ideal for athletes. Subway connection to the U3.
Furniture: There is a sofa and a small bookshelf in the room. Optionally, a desk and an air bed can be provided. You can also bring your own furniture.
Duration: The room can be rented on a monthly basis from September, with the option of a monthly extension. I am currently looking for a smaller apartment myself and therefore cannot say exactly how often an extension will be possible. The shared room is therefore ideal for people who want to remain flexible. Payment is made monthly in advance (also possible on a pro rata basis if you move in later).
It is important to me that you are tidy so that a pleasant, communal living is possible.
