The room is 17m2. It is quite roomy. There is one big window which faces the back of the house so there is no noise from the road side or from cars.
The apartment is located on the first floor. There is an elevator if you need to use it.
This is a WG. You will be sharing the apartment with 5 other people.
The apartment location is right near to a lot of grocery stores like Lidl, Edeka, Rewe and many others. It is quite close to Pasing Bahnhof which has connections to all over the city. There is a gym nearby also for your fitness needs. The nearest bus stops are 5 minutes away by walk.
The roommates are 3 girls and 2 guys. All the people are really nice and respectful. They are all working professionals. There are no parties in the WG so it is nice and quite. The 2 bathrooms, kitchen and the living area are all shared between the roommates.
All of the basic necessities are available, such as washing machine, dryer, microwave and oven.
The WG is kept real clean as a cleaner comes every week to clean the common areas.
The tenant should also be a working professional that plans on staying in the WG for atleast one year. The job contract must also be valid for atleast an year.
