Hallo, mein Name ist Luanne und ich suche eine nette Mitbewohnerin, die mit mir die Miete teilt.
Es handelt sich hierbei um eine frisch renovierte 1 Zimmerwohnung, die 34qm groß ist. Die Kaltmiete beträgt 1000€, während die Warmmiete 1200€ beträgt. Sprich jede müsste 600€ warm bezahlen. Das Zimmer kann mit Leichtigkeit durch einen Vorhang(oder etwas Vergleichbarem) getrennt werden.
Ein Stellplatz für ein Auto ist inbegriffen
Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet. Die Sbahn Station Fasanarie ist in 15 Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Olympia Einkaufszentrum mit dem Bus in 10. Edeka, Penny und eine Bäckerei sind ebenfalls in der Nähe. Die LMU ist innerhalb von 30min mit den Öffis erreichbar.
Kurze Beschreibung zu mir :) Ich studiere im Oktober als Ersti Jura an der LMU und bin 18 Jahre alt. Ich lese gern und spiele bei mir in der Heimat Tennis.
Ich such eine nette Studentin in meinem Alter, mit der ich friedlich zusammen wohnen kann und auch anfreunden kann.
