Hey ich heiße Leonore, bin 18 Jahre alt und fange im Herbst mein BWL-Studium an der LMU an. Derzeit bin ich noch auf der Suche nach einer Mitbewohnerin für meine WG.
Das Zimmer ist 16qm groß und verfügt über einen eingebauten (begehbaren) Kleiderschrank, sonst unmöbliert.
Es gibt eine gemeinsame Wohnküche und eine Abstellkammer so wie ein Bad und eine getrennte Toilette.
Das Haus verfügt über zwei Fahrradkeller sowie einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner.
Die Wohnung liegt in Schwabing-West in der Nähe (5min zu Fuß) des Scheidplatzes und hat somit Anschluss an die U2, U3 und U8. Auch mit dem Fahrrad ist man in ca. 10 Minuten an der Uni.
Auch Apotheke, Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.
Gesucht wird eine ordentliche und saubere Mitbewohnerin, am Besten auch Studentin.
Ich mache gerne Yoga und Pilates, lese gerne, bin aber auch für ein Glas Aperol immer zu haben.
