The TV stays too! So all you need are your clothes. :)
The apartment is on the 4th floor with a lift and lots of storage space in the attic. The apartment is a little old school but comes with all the important appliances including washing machine.
There is also a backyard or Keller to store the bikes.
You can not find a better location! Its 3 min walk to the Wittelbachbrücke. I would say the best corner along the isar to chill and enjoy the sun.
It is also right next to the Glockenbachviertel, so you get the chaos you need on the other side of the river or the calm silence on this side of the river.
Lot of supermarkets, restaurants, Rossmann, Gym etc are a step away. Its a 3min walk to Kolumbusplatz Ubahn Station and 1 minute to the City Ring Bus 58/68 which comes in handy after some late night fun.
You will be living with Berat, Ella and Lukas.
Berat is currently writing his master thesis so he’s usually busy with that.
Ella is a medicine student and will be in the WG only till August. She’ll go back to Switzerland after her year abroad ends. She likes bouldering, going to museums when she’s not studying.
Lukas is working as a survey engineer. Unfortunately, he’s leaving the WG at the end of March (so you help in deciding who your 3rd flatmate would be).
The language of communication in the WG is mostly English
