Das Zimmer ist 14 qm groß und hat ein großes Fenster. Alle Möbel werden von der Vermieterin gestellt.
Die Küche teilt man sich mit beiden Mitbewohnern, das Badezimmer nur mit der Mitbewohnerin (W/23).
Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel im Münchner Süden. Die Tram Bahn liegt ca 5min zu fuß entfernt und damit ist man in ca 25min in der Innenstadt. Supermärkte und Drogeriemärkte sind auch zu erreichen.
Ein großer Vorteil der Wohnung ist die Nähe zur Isar, diese lädt hier zum spazieren und verweilen ein.
Die Mitbewohner sind eine Anfang 20 Jährige Studentin(Clara) der TUM und ein mitte 30 jähriger Bau ingeneur (johannes). Mit Clara habe ich oft abends gequatscht und gelacht, ich würde sie als sehr umgänglich und freundlich beschreiben. Johannes ist oft auf Geschäftsreisen und daher nur selten in der Wohnung.
Eine Online Besichtung ist möglich, alle Möbel werden von der Vermieterin gestellt, du brauchst nichts außer dein persönliches hab und gut :)
