The room is in the second floor of a 4 story house. It has its own balcony.
The room itself is fully furnished, with a 1 1/2 bed, a big sideboard, a working desk and a chair.
It’s a bright room and through the balcony you get a view of a green garden in the back.

The house itself has 2 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and a small living/dining room.

The house is in Willibaldplatz. You get to the tram just by 2 mins walking. There is also a bus stop connecting you to Pasing Hbf.

Edeka, Rossman, Pharmacy, Bakery and some restaurants are all within a 3 min. walk.

From the House you can also do a 8 min. walk to Fitness First Gym. And in that street you get connection to the bus 157, 130 and others.

Pasing Arcade is just 10 mins away with the public transportation.

The house is currently fully rented.
In the basement there is a room, where Simon lives (27 ish)
In the main floor the room is occupied by Sanket (27).
In the floor you will be living there are two more rooms, where Nuri and Raschit live.
And in the upper floor there is another room, occupied by Rohin.

Your Housemates are all really nice and polite, everyone has different working schedules so it is not really a WG were you spend a lot of time together, although you can always engage in a conversation with them and they are super helpfull and friendly.

There is a cleaning plan designed for everyone to take care of areas of the house.

For the landlord it is mandatory that the renter has a stable job which proofs he/she/they will pay the rent on time.

Foreigners are more than welcome, the house is pluricultural.
