Schöne, gepflegte 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in der Nähe von Innsbrucker Ring. Ich suche für das kleine Zimmer (im Foto mit Panda) eine/n dauerhafte/n Roomie (mind. 6 Monate), Miete warm 650€.
Achtung nur für November: Als Kurzzeitmiete biete ich auch das große Zimmer an für 700€ (Kaution 300€).
Die Wohnung ist vollmöbliert und einzugsbereit, mit Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Herd, Ofen, großem Bildschirm im Wohnzimmer.
Kein Raucher, kein Trinker, keine Tiere und Kinder :)
