Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Gebäudes und das Zimmer ist mit Bett, Tisch, Tischlampe, einem großen Schrank, einem Nachttisch und einer Schublade ausgestattet.
Es gibt ein großes Fenster zur Rückseite des Gebäudes und die Atmosphäre ist im Allgemeinen rühig. Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Zimmern, 1 Küche, 1 Toilette und 1 Badezimmer.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the building. The room is furnished with bed, table, table lamp, a big closet, a night stand, and a long drawer. There is a big window towards the back of the building and the atmosphere is generally peaceful. The apartment consists of 3 rooms, 1 kitchen, 1 toilet, and 1 bathroom.

Du lebst mit zwei weiteren Mitbewohnern zusammen. Einer unserer Mitbewohner hat einen süßen Hund, der sehr brav und ruhig ist. Ihre zukünftigen Mitbewohner sprechen Russisch und Deutsch und sind beide derzeit berufstätig. In der Wohnung gibt es keinen Reinigungsplan, da sich jeder nach jeder Nutzung der Gemeinschaftsbereiche selbst reinigt.
You will be living with two other flatmates. One of our flatmates has a cute dog that is very well-behaved and quiet. Your future flatmates can speak Russian and German and are both currently working. There is no cleaning schedule in the apartment, as everyone cleans after themselves after every use of the shared areas.
Ich werde zum 31. Oktober/1. November ausziehen, mein ursprünglicher Vertrag endet jedoch am 20. November. Aus diesem Grund suche ich jemanden, der die Miete vom 1. bis 20. November in Höhe von 460 Euro mit mir teilt und nach dieser Zeit ab dem 20. November den langfristigen Vertrag mit dem offiziellen Vermieter abschließen kann November. Die Einzelheiten besprechen wir bei der Hausbesichtigung mit dem Vermieter.
I will be moving out on the 31st of October/1st of November. My original contract, however, will end on the 20th of November. For this reason, I am looking for someone who will be sharing the rent from the 1st to the 20th of November of 460 euros with me, and after this period you may sign the long-term contract with the official landlord starting from the 20th of November. We will discuss the details during the house-viewing with the landlord.
